We got several estimates to combine two old decks into a two tier deck for our new pool. Most were north of twenty thousand dollars. James did the job for about half that. It was amazing to watch him work his magic transforming two old warn out decks together into one masterpiece .

I have used James Perry Construction for multiple large jobs at my home including replacing decking, finishing my attic, siding on exterior and now remodeling my Master Bath. James is honest, efficient, creative and meticulous. His work ethic is excellent and I highly recommend him.
